  • Is sponsored by the Bureau of Workers Compensation Division of Safety and Hygiene with administrative support from the American Red Cross of Portage County
  • Offers yearly membership at a nominal fee

Meetings and Events

The Portage County Safety Council conducts monthly luncheon meetings which are held at the Elks Club in Ravenna from 11:30am-1:00pm on the second Thursday of each month.  The cost for lunch is $15 per person. The meetings begin with lunch, followed by a 30-45 minute program on a topic related to workplace safety. The annual awards program is held at the May meeting.
